Plains Prairie Mixture
Mixture of native grasses and forbs with broad adaptation for upland sites. These grasses stand well for brood rearing and winter cover. Forbs support insects for food for chicks, and add to the aesthetics of the grasses. Expect at least two years for the stand to develop. Do not spray for broadleaf weeds. Broadly adapted across the Central Plains. Seeding rate: 7.7 PLS lbs. per acre.
